| I was in search for a TTZ with leather, 5spd, t-tops (obviously). Not too much to ask in my opinion.. My father and I looked at a couple Z's around the area and none of them really rubbed me the right way. So after a couple months of looking my uncle (who owns a car dealership in baltimore) calls me up and tells me he has a Z for me. The conversation goes as follows. Uncle: I got a Z for you.
Me: Oh nice, is it Twin Turbo?
Uncle: No.
Me: uhh.. does it have leather?
Uncle: Uh no..
Me: umm... okay?... Does it have T-tops?
Uncle: No it doesnt have T-tops.
Me: Wait, what? It doesnt have T-tops? (I was a super noob)
Uncle: Solid roof.
Me: Well then why the hell would I want it? It doesnt have any of the things I was looking for. Is it 5spd?
Uncle: Yes
Me: Shocking. Then after a bit of research and some optimistic planning, I agreed to take the Z home for a week long test drive to see if I liked it. After a week I was attached, I was on such a Z high that I accepted the car and paid 4500 for a MINT Pearl White Slicktop with 108k on it. 2 years and several thousand dollars later im extremely happy with my SlicktopTT.. hey it still has no leather nor does it have T-tops but believe it or not.. I wouldnt have it any other way.
